The Debut:
When we recorded our three track demo we thought it would bring up success and recognition.
What band doesn’t think this? We always recall listening to the tape in the car on the
way back from the studio. It sounded so good. Vancouver, The Rain and to a certain extent Chameleon
were well received by the local scene, it was a wonderful time for us.
For various reasons we did not finish the recordings and it wouldn’t be until around 2004, when Stu re-joined the band
that we would finish the album. Its strange to think these days that in 2004 we had just one album despite the many
songs we had written. Technically this isn’t our debut, but in spirt it always will be.
It’s a great record, full of youthful exuberance, energy and passion.
We did label ourselves grunge at the time but now we feel this is more a rock album.
